Casting Update
April 19th, 2008Hey, just thought I’d drop y’all a quick line and let you know that when I’m not working my 9-5 (which is how I’m funding this film, unless someone wants to give me a crap ton of money) I’m busy going through all the headshots, forms, and video clips from the casting call party at the Blue Light. So don’t get ants in your pants about getting a part - we’ll be in touch. It’s just taking a while to evaluate each read.
Think about it - you were reading lines from a poorly formatted script that you’ve never seen before until that very day. You were trying to read over the music coming from two different places. You were in front of lights that were brighter than the surface of the sun. You were nervous. Heck, I was nervous.
So I have a lot to think about when I’m going through these reads - a lot of factors to consider. So hold your horses, cause you’ll be getting a phone call either from me or from my “production coordinator” Sarah Whetstone. Thanks!
